Pastors Summit 2026 VOLUNTEERS

Shofar Global Pastor Summit Volunteers:

It is the Global Pastor Summit that takes place annually and we need volunteers to make this event successful.

We need people to sign up for the following areas:
1.  Parking / Security (Ensure that all the cars are parked orderly and safe.
2.  Set up and Set down of the venue.
3.  Decor Team (Help with decor of the venue)
4.  Welcoming Team ( Welcome the pastors and guest on the day of arrival and giving directions)
5.  Coffee Team ( Help to do coffee set up )
6.  Kids Ministry ( Help Cornel & team with Kids Ministry)
7.  Youth Ministry ( Help Rikus & team with Youth)
8.  Accommodation (Opening your homes for families to stay with you for the week)
9.  Social Activities (Help with Wednesday afternoon social activities)
10. Walk/Run/Jog leaders ( Opportunity for Pastors to experience the George outdoors - People to escort them) Early Wednesday Morning - George Dam & Early Thursday Morning - Trial Kiosk)

Volunteers will be divided into certain timeslots as needed.
After registration you will receive further details according to where you want to be serving.
